Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: -Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the class start time to receive a full credit or refund for the session. -Late Cancellations (within 5 days of the class) will forfeit the session; no credit or refund will be issued. Rescheduling Policy: -Reschedules can be requested up to 3 days before the class. If a spot is available in another class, clients can reschedule without losing their session. -Late Reschedules (within 3 days of the class) will be considered a late cancellation, and no credit will be offered.
