This is our signature class for a reason. It blends strength, flow, and longer holds to challenge your body in the best way. Designed for those who are ready to build consistency and see results.

Intermediate Level

CardioSCULPT

For those looking to burn calories and sculpt. This class blends Pilates-based strength with energizing movement to challenge your stamina and keep your body activated from start to finish.

Advanced

PropSCULPT

Props = more fun and more fire. We use rings, balls, and resistance tools to switch things up and help you feel muscles you didn’t even know were there. Perfect if you're ready to challenge yourself in a fresh, feel-good way.

  • No need to bring a mat or props—we’ve got everything covered for you! Feel free to bring a water bottle, but we also have water on-site along with other refreshing drinks. Come comfy! Wear breathable, move-friendly clothes, and grip socks are encouraged.

  • We have a no-fee cancellation policy! If something comes up, just let us know at least 48 hours before class and you can easily reschedule.

  • We do not offer refunds for class packs or memberships. However, if you need to reschedule, please give us a 48-hour notice, and we’ll be happy to help you move your class to another time.

  • Need to change your class time? Here’s what to do:

    1. After booking your class, you'll receive a confirmation email.

    2. Simply click on the reschedule link included in the email.

    3. Select a new class time (please make sure to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance).
